“Yoga & You”Yoga can be a useful method for cancer patients to obtain relaxation and physical fitness. This class will allow cancer survivors and cancer patients the opportunity to enhance their quality of life by relieving the stress and anxiety associated with battling cancer. It is a low–impact class that is designed to be fun and will allow participants to exercise at their own pace.

Cancer Support Group MeetingThis monthly support group meeting focuses on participants’ needs and allows survivors, cancer patients, and those who support them to become a part of a group that has their needs in mind. The monthly support group will provide participants with the resources needed to feel empowered about this devastating disease.
